About us

Allison Wallace, LCSW RPT

Allison works with adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, postpartum challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the clients she works with are capable and caring on the outside while internally feeling disconnected, tense, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained. Together, therapy focuses on understanding these patterns with compassion while creating space for healing, self-trust, and meaningful change.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. She practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. Allison believes that symptoms often make sense in the context of what someone has experienced, and therapy is not about “fixing” someone — it’s about helping clients reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and sustainable way for meaningful change..

In addition to her work with adults, Allison also works with children and families navigating anxiety, trauma, divorce, overwhelming experiences, and life transitions. As a Registered Play Therapist, she provides developmentally appropriate play therapy that helps children process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and feel more secure and understood.

Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where their experiences are taken seriously and their pace is respected. There is no need to have the “right” words or a clear plan before starting therapy — just a willingness to show up as you are. Allison’s hope is that therapy becomes a place where clients feel more grounded, connected, and confident moving forward.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and her family, working in her flower beds and garden, caring for all her animals, and riding and training horses.

Hannah Martinez, LPC

Hannah is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions, grief, women’s issues, disability-related challenges, and complex personal experiences. She believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection.

Using a person-centered approach, Hannah helps clients better understand themselves, process difficult emotions, and move toward greater alignment and healing. She recognizes that seasons of struggle often carry deeper meaning, and she creates a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Hannah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Arkansas and is currently pursuing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Arkansas, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. She has experience working with individuals involved in the court system, people living with disabilities, and those processing grief, identity, and major life stressors.

Clients often appreciate Hannah’s warm, thoughtful presence and her ability to walk alongside them through both painful and meaningful moments. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with her family, chasing her daughter around the nearest park, and enjoying a good latte.
