Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our office is located at 608 S Hico St., Siloam Springs, Arkansas. We also provide Telehealth services throughout all of Arkansas and Oklahoma for your convenience.

  • Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, struggling in relationships, or simply wanting support and personal growth. You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

  • The first session is focused on getting to know you, your concerns, goals, and background. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and personalized to your needs.

  • Self-pay options are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or do not have coverage.

Private pay rate is $160 per session.

  • Therapy sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes long.

Frequency depends on your needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time as progress is made.

  • Parent involvement depends on the child’s age, developmental needs, and treatment goals. We believe therapy works best when families feel supported and involved appropriately, while also protecting a child or teen’s sense of safety, trust, and privacy within the therapeutic relationship.

For younger children, parents are often more actively involved through check-ins, collaboration, and support with coping skills or behavior strategies at home. With older children and teens, therapy may include more individual space to allow them to openly process emotions, stressors, relationships, identity development, and personal challenges.

While parents and guardians remain important participants in treatment, children and teens also benefit from having a confidential and supportive environment where they can speak honestly. Therapists may share general themes, progress, recommendations, or safety concerns with parents, while respecting appropriate therapeutic confidentiality whenever possible.
