Anna Lang, LAC
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. Life transitions, relationship struggles, stress, depression, and the pressures of everyday life can make it difficult to feel like yourself. Anna works with teens and adults who want a place to be honest about what they’re experiencing without fear of judgment.
Anna believes meaningful change begins when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Her approach is warm, authentic, and client-centered, which means therapy isn’t about someone telling you who you should be or what you should do. Instead, Anna meets you where you are and works alongside you to understand what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, and identify what you want your life to look like moving forward.
Together, Anna helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity, and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck. Her goal is to help you better understand yourself while developing the confidence and resilience to move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Anna also incorporates Narrative Therapy, helping clients recognize that they are more than the difficult experiences or stories that have shaped them. When appropriate, she draws from Adventure Therapy principles, using meaningful experiences, exploration, and challenge to encourage confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
Whether you’re a teen trying to figure out who you are, an adult navigating a major transition, or simply someone who knows life isn’t feeling the way you want it to, Anna offers a supportive place to explore what’s happening, reconnect with yourself, and begin moving forward..
