“One of the most valuable things we can do to heal one another is to listen to each others stories”

— Rebecca Falls

Sometimes the experiences we carry from the past can make it difficult to feel fully present in our lives today.

You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, feeling disconnected from who you are, or noticing patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships that seem difficult to change. You don't have to continue carrying those experiences alone.

Shari, believes healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. She offers a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and begin making sense of the things that have shaped you. Her personable and reflective approach helps clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change.

With over 15 years of experience, Shari specializes in helping adults navigate trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, she has specialized training in helping individuals process painful experiences and work through the emotional patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck.

Shari understands that trauma can impact how we see ourselves, connect with others, and experience the world around us. Through a trauma-informed strengths-based approach she helps clients explore these connections, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and fulfilling.

Shari believes that healing happens at your own pace and that even small steps can create meaningful, lasting change.
