Maybe you’re stressed, frustrated, disconnected from the people around you, or simply know something isn’t working anymore. You might not even know how to explain what you’re feeling—you just know you don’t want to keep feeling this way. Drake works with teens, adults, and couples who want practical support navigating life, relationships, and the things that can be difficult to talk about.

Drake has a particular passion for working with men and relationship concerns. He understands that asking for help or opening up doesn’t always come naturally, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. His down-to-earth, judgment-free approach is designed to make therapy feel approachable and comfortable—not like another place where you’re expected to have all the right answers.

Together, Drake helps clients work through stress, anxiety, identity concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, and emotional disconnection. His goal is to help you better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, get unstuck from patterns that aren’t working, and develop healthier ways of navigating life and relationships.

Drake also works with couples who feel disconnected, misunderstood, or caught in the same conflicts over and over again. With training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), he helps couples identify the patterns keeping them stuck, better understand what each partner needs, and strengthen emotional connection. Therapy can become a place to slow down the cycle of conflict and begin communicating with greater understanding and security.

Whether you’re trying to navigate life on your own or strengthen your relationship with someone you love, Drake offers a supportive place to talk honestly, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and start moving forward.

You don’t have to be good at talking about your feelings to benefit from therapy.
