Sager Creek Counseling Collective is growing, and looking to add a fully licensed LCSW or LPC to the practice (full-time or part-time, 1099).

This is a great fit for a clinician who wants flexibility, autonomy, and steady referrals—without having to build everything from scratch.

We work with a variety of clients across the lifespan and value client-centered, trauma-informed care.

The ideal clinician is self-motivated, consistent, and enjoys working independently, while still appreciating having support when needed.
