Allison Wallace, LCSW RPT

Allison specializes in working with adults, parents, and women’s mental health. She provides a warm, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working through difficult seasons of life.

Allison is especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and major life transitions. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, trauma, identity changes, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the emotional challenges that can come with becoming or being a parent.

In addition, Allison also works with children experiencing anxiety, trauma, divorce and family changes, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral concerns. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), she uses play to help children express emotions, process experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping.

Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered. She is trained in EMDR and is working toward becoming certified.

Above all, Allison strives to help clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as they move toward healing and meaningful change.

Therapist

Alisha Hendren, LCSW

Alisha works with children, adolescents, and adults. While she enjoys working with clients of all ages, she has a special passion for supporting adolescents as they navigate the often complicated seasons of growing up. From managing anxiety and overwhelming emotions to building confidence, improving relationships, and finding their voice, Alisha strives to help young people feel understood and empowered.

One of Alisha's greatest strengths is her ability to connect with adolescents in a genuine, down-to-earth way. She knows that opening up isn't always easy, especially for teens, so she focuses on creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment. Her goal is for every person who walks through her door to leave feeling heard, respected, and never alone in what they're facing.

She is also passionate about partnering with parents and caregivers. Alisha believes that meaningful change happens when families feel supported, informed, and connected. She enjoys helping parents better understand themselves, their patterns, and how they relate to one another. She provides practical tools to strengthen communication, increase confidence, and foster healthier relationships.

Drake White, LAC

Drake provides a supportive, down-to-earth space for teens, adults, and couples. He has a particular passion for working with men’s issues and relationship concerns, helping clients navigate challenges with communication, identity, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional connection.

Drake earned his master’s degree in counseling from John Brown University and gained experience providing both individual and couples counseling during his clinical training. He understands that starting therapy—especially for those who may not be used to talking openly about what they are experiencing—can feel uncomfortable. His goal is to create an approachable, judgment-free environment where clients can be themselves, work through what feels stuck, and develop healthier ways of navigating life and relationships.

In his work with couples, Drake has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on strengthening emotional connection, identifying negative relationship patterns, and helping partners better understand and respond to one another. He enjoys helping couples improve communication, rebuild connection, and feel more secure in their relationships.
