At Sager Creek Counseling Collective, we believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and deeply human. Our practice offers compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and feelings of overwhelm. We are passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Our team brings specialized training in EMDR, play therapy, perinatal mental health, and person-centered approaches that honor each client’s unique story and experiences. Whether you are processing past trauma, supporting your child through emotional challenges, adjusting to postpartum life, or simply feeling stuck and disconnected, we are here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

At Sager Creek Counseling Collective, therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and growth — helping you move from surviving to healing.
