Compassionate Care.
Real Connection.
Lasting Change.
Therapy for You
At Sager Creek Counseling Collective, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person, couple, and family has a unique story, which is why our team offers compassionate, individualized counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families in Siloam Springs and throughout Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma.
Each of our therapists brings specialized training, experience, and clinical interests to the practice, allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the therapist who best fits their needs. From anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges to trauma therapy, play therapy, perinatal mental health, men’s issues, marriage counseling, family counseling, and life transitions, our team provides compassionate, evidence-based care rooted in genuine human connection.
Together, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health care that serves our community with professionalism, empathy, and respect. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, you'll find a team that is dedicated to helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing and lasting growth.
Our Services
-
Starting with your goals, we will conduct weekly or biweekly sessions to support you and your growth.
Individual therapy is one-on-one time with a therapist where you can talk openly about what you’re going through in a private, supportive space. It’s a chance to slow down, sort through thoughts and feelings, and get help with challenges. Your therapist listens, helps you make sense of what’s going on, and works with you to build coping skills and new ways of handling life that feel more manageable.

We serve families who are navigating life transitions, separation, attachment issues, conflict, and more.
Relationships can be complicated, especially during seasons of stress, conflict, transition, or disconnection. Family therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, work through challenges, and better understand one another. Together, we focus on building healthier patterns, increasing connection, and creating a more supportive home and relationship dynamic. -
Couples therapy provides a supportive, neutral space for partners to better understand one another, strengthen their connection, and work through challenges together. Therapy can help couples improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and recognize patterns that may be leaving them feeling stuck or disconnected. Whether you’re facing a difficult season or simply want to build a healthier, more connected relationship, couples therapy can help you develop the tools to move forward together.

This space provides adolescents with a safe, supportive space to navigate the challenges of growing up. Whether they're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, identity, trauma, or life transitions, therapy helps teens build healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and grow in their confidence.
-
For kids 4-12 years of age. Children express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills through play in a safe and supportive environment.
-
For those wanting to do focused work on a painful or challenging experience, we offer EMDR therapy.
EMDR helps people process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences. It uses guided eye movements or bilateral tapping to help the brain reprocess memories so they feel less intense, distressing, or “stuck.”
